Minar : The minar (tower) was built in the year 1212 A.D and stands at a
height of 72.5 mtrs in the courtyard of the Quwwat-ul-Islam masjid.This is the
oldest historical monument in Delhi and is a must for any visitor to this city.Lotus Temple: It is the Baha'I house of worship and a fairly recent construction, and is largely admired for its architecture. Red Fort: Built by Shahjahan in the year 1639, the fort was a mini city where about 3000 people lived. Rajghat: The memorial built for Mahatma Gandhi who was assassinated by a fanatic, and cremated on the banks of the river Yamuna on 31 st January 1948 . India Gate: Originally known as the All India War Memorial, built in the memory of the 90,000 Indian soldiers killed in the First World War, is a free standing arch with a height of 42.5 mtrs, designed and built by Edwin Lutyens in 1931. Parliament House: This is a huge circular, colonnaded building where the Indian parliament meets. Rashtrapati Bhawan: Situated on Raisina Hill this was built to be the official residence of the Viceroy, and later became the official residence of the President of India. Jama Masjid: Is the biggest masjid in India , built by Shahjahan in 1650 A.D Teen Murti Bhawan: It was built as the residence of the British Commander in chief in India and later became the official residence of Shri Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of an independent India

Fort :- The great Mughal Emperor Akbar commissioned the construction of
the Agra fort in 1565 A.D although additions were made till the time of his
grandson Shahjehan. It stands at a distance of just 2 Kms from the majestic
Taj Mahal, and is built in red sandstone.Taj Mahal:- The Taj Mahal is a sheer poetry in white marble and its majesty and magnificence are unrivalled. It is the one and only one of its kind in the whole world, which was the ultimate realization of Emperor Shahjehan's dream for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Sikandra:- The Mausoleum of Emperor Akbar represents his philosophy and secular outlook, combining the best of his architectures in a superlative fusion. It was started by Akbar before his death in 1605 A.D, and was completed by his son Jehangir in 1613 A.D. Mathura:- city associated with the most revered of Hindu Gods - Lord Krishna , which is sacred being the birth place of Lord Krishna. The surroundings ' Braj Bhoomi ' is where Lord Krishna is supposed to have grown up Vrindavan:- where Lord Krishna spent his childhood days , played the flute sporting with the Gopis and where Radhika pined for her lover.

Mansa Devi, Chandi Devi, Sapt Rishi, Maya Devi, Daksha Mahadev Temple, Daksha Mahadev Temple are the other religious sites of Haridwar. Rajaji Park in the vicinity of Haridwar is the destination for the wildlife and nature lovers.
